Takeaway Take Back is a campaign to promote fairer fees for takeaway businesses and local economies through the All Eat platform. The site allows individuals and businesses to register support for the movement.
2. Eligibility
You must be 16 or over to join. By submitting the form you confirm you are authorised to provide the details.
3. Your data and submissions
When you join you provide personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You agree that the information you submit is accurate.
4. Use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site (e.g. submit false information, attempt to spam or hack the form, or use it for any unlawful purpose).
5. All Eat handoff (for owners)
If you select "Takeaway / restaurant owner", your details may be pre-filled and passed to the All Eat contract form. This is provided as a convenience. We are not responsible for the terms or outcome of your All Eat registration.
6. No liability
The site and campaign are provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, joining the movement, or using All Eat (including any savings or fees).
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by Takeaway Take Back / MYT AI Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or redistribute content without permission.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
